Diets don’t work for me, well they do, for a few days, then I lose interest. This book caught my eye, and I have to admit, I felt a little silly buying it, but I am pleased I did.
This book looks at diets and exercise and bringing everything together as a whole, rather than a diet or exercise. And it banishes diets. That is what struck me about this book.
It is positive and encourages women to be honest with themselves. There is information on food diaries, exercises specifically for women and a whole range of other worthwhile information in this book.
